Craft at an Equipment Workshop using the Day 1 cartridge recipe. Obtain FICSMAS Gifts from falling gifts or an unlocked FICSMAS Gift Tree.
FICSMAS Data Cartridge Day 1 is used to progress FICSMAS MAM research. Its recipe consumes 1 FICSMAS Gift and produces 1 cartridge. Make it manually at an Equipment Workshop after unlocking the recipe, then take the cartridge to the corresponding research. Gifts come from falling event gifts or an unlocked FICSMAS Gift Tree, so collect the input before opening the recipe. The recipe has no automated machine; use the Equipment Workshop for this craft.
For each additional cartridge, repeat the Equipment Workshop recipe with 1 more FICSMAS Gift.
Stop once the relevant FICSMAS MAM research requirement is met or you have the cartridge stock you planned.
