WHERE & HOW TO FARM

FICSMAS Gift acquisition

Collect falling FICSMAS Gifts or gather them from an unlocked FICSMAS Gift Tree. Use them as inputs for seasonal recipes.

FICSMAS Gifts supply seasonal recipes, including data cartridges and factory parts. Collect gifts that fall during the event, or use an unlocked FICSMAS Gift Tree as a supply source. Store them before spending them so you can cover the specific recipes you intend to make. A Day 1, Day 4, Day 8, and Day 14 cartridge takes 1, 4, 8, and 14 Gifts respectively. Gifts are gathered or collected from the tree, not mined from a resource node.

How to farm

Before you go

  • FICSMAS Gifts available to collect.
  • An unlocked FICSMAS Gift Tree if you want to use one as a supply source.
  1. Watch for FICSMAS Gifts falling in the world and collect them.
  2. Unlock and place a FICSMAS Gift Tree if you want that supply method.
  3. Collect the Gifts produced by the tree.
  4. Move collected Gifts into storage near your seasonal production area.
  5. Check recipe costs before spending: cartridges use 1, 4, 8, or 14 Gifts by day.
  6. Feed Gifts into the relevant seasonal recipe or Equipment Workshop craft.

Farming tips

  • Tree production can supplement gifts you collect as they fall.
  • Reserve the quantities you need for research cartridges before using Gifts in other recipes.

Repeat, collect and use

Continue collecting falling gifts or gathering from an unlocked Gift Tree while you need Gifts for seasonal recipes.

Common mistakes

  • Searching for Gifts as a normal resource-node material.
  • Spending Gifts on another recipe without keeping enough for the cartridge you intend to craft.

When to stop or switch

Stop collecting once your planned seasonal recipe and research stock is sufficient.
