Conan Exiles farming combines regional harvesting, crop Planters and a worker system. Gather seeds and make fertilizer to grow useful crops, mine ores and refine them, then recruit specialist Thralls to improve workstation output. The 2026 Enhanced PC edition connects Exiled Lands and Isle of Siptah, but the expansion still requires ownership.

Aloe can become a renewable base supply
Harvest Aloe along the southern river and save seeds for a Planter. Keep some leaves for healing rather than spending the entire first haul on other recipes.
