WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

Use the on-page resource map, filter for Limestone, inspect displayed purity, and choose an accessible node. Place a Miner on the node and connect its output.

Limestone is a raw resource used for crafting, especially Concrete for foundations. It also appears in conversion recipes and optional alternate recipes. Find it on a Limestone resource node and extract it with a Miner. The bottleneck is node access and extraction, followed by enough transport and processing capacity to supply construction demand. The on-page map shows a standard resource layout; its positions and purity may not correspond to a game using a different resource setup.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • Miner and power.
  • Transport for extracted Limestone.
  • Concrete or another intended recipe unlocked.
  1. Open the on-page resource map and filter for Limestone.
  2. Review displayed purity and accessibility, then select a node suited to your factory.
  3. Place a Miner on the node and connect power.
  4. Carry Limestone by belt or other transport to processing.
  5. Use a Constructor to make Concrete when that recipe is unlocked.
  6. Track the Constructor input and output, increasing extraction or transport only if supply falls short.

Farming tips

  • Concrete is a basic use for Limestone and supports stable foundations.
  • Alternate recipes are optional unlocks; do not assume they are available from the start.
  • The standard-layout map is a reference for matching worlds; check in game if your resource settings differ.

Repeat, collect and use

Keep the Miner running and its output clear while construction consumes Limestone products. Expand supply if the line cannot meet demand.

Common mistakes

  • Searching for Concrete directly on the resource map; it is manufactured from Limestone.
  • Assuming a node's purity or location matches the standard map in a game with a different resource layout or purity setting.
  • Using an alternate recipe before unlocking it or supplying its required ingredients.

When to stop or switch

Stop extracting when your Concrete or other recipe line has enough stock for the current build.

Limestone

Use the Resource Scanner to find an available Limestone group, including nodes near your current base or farther afield. Choose a site with practical belt access and room for a Constructor.

  • A Limestone node identified with the Resource Scanner.
  • A Miner building for automation, or a Portable Miner for a manual batch.
  • Power and a belt; a Constructor and storage or a direct output route for Concrete.
