CRAFTING & INGREDIENTS

Battery acquisition

Manufacture Batteries in a Blender after unlocking its recipe and building. Do not look for a Battery resource deposit.

Batteries are primarily fuel for Drones and vehicles. The default recipe runs in a Blender and makes 1 Battery per batch, with Water as a separate coproduct. Each batch consumes 2.5 m³ Sulfuric Acid, 2 m³ Alumina Solution, and 1 Aluminum Casing; it outputs 1 Battery and 1.5 m³ Water. At 100% clock, a Blender runs 20 batches per minute: 50 m³/min Sulfuric Acid, 40 m³/min Alumina Solution, and 20 casings/min enter, while 20 Batteries/min and 30 m³/min Water leave. The main bottleneck is coordinating both fluid inputs with casing supply and handling the water output. An optional Alternate: Super-State Computer recipe also uses Batteries, but it is an optional unlock.

GET STARTED

How to craft

Before you craft

  • Unlock the Battery recipe and Blender.
  • Supply Sulfuric Acid, Alumina Solution, and Aluminum Casings; provide a route for coproduct Water.
  1. Place and power a Blender, then select the Battery recipe.
  2. Connect Sulfuric Acid and Alumina Solution fluid inputs.
  3. Deliver Aluminum Casings to the solid input.
  4. Provide a Water outlet for the recipe coproduct.
  5. Collect Batteries and route them to Drone or vehicle fueling.

Crafting tips

  • Use the 100% clock rates to size fluid lines and casing delivery.
  • If using the optional Alternate: Super-State Computer recipe, first unlock it.

Repeat, collect and use

Keep all three inputs flowing and remove the Water coproduct while producing the Battery stock you need.

Common mistakes

  • Do not count Water as an ingredient; it is produced alongside Batteries.
  • Do not plan on a Battery node or confuse optional alternate recipes with the default recipe.

When to stop or switch

Stop production when your Drone or vehicle fuel reserve is sufficient and the Batteries are no longer needed for the planned use.
