A Particle Accelerator makes Dark Matter Crystals from Diamonds and Dark Matter Residue. Each batch consumes 1 Diamond and 5 m³ Residue and produces 1 Crystal. At 100% clock, it produces 30 Crystals per minute, consuming 30 Diamonds and 150 m³ Residue per minute. The Accelerator draws variable power from 500 to 1500 MW, averaging 1000 MW. Plan for that power demand and keep both solid and gas inputs flowing.

How to craft
Run the Dark Matter Crystal recipe in a Particle Accelerator. Supply Diamonds by belt and Dark Matter Residue by pipe. Residue can come from a Converter or as a coproduct of Quantum Encoder recipes.
Before you craft
Dark Matter Crystal recipe and Particle Accelerator.
Diamonds and Dark Matter Residue supplied at the intended rate.
Power capacity for the Accelerator’s variable 500–1500 MW demand.
Place a Particle Accelerator and select Dark Matter Crystal.
Connect Diamonds by belt and Dark Matter Residue by pipe.
At 100% clock, budget 30 Diamonds and 150 m³ Residue per minute for 30 Crystals per minute.
Check the power grid’s capacity for the Accelerator’s variable draw.
Provide an open output route for Crystals and send them to a consumer.
If output drops, inspect both input supplies and available power.
Crafting tips
The batch ratio is 1 Diamond and 5 m³ Residue for 1 Crystal.
Dark Matter Residue is a gas measured in cubic metres, not item count.
Alternate Dark Matter Crystal recipes require their respective unlocks.
Repeat, collect and use
Keep both inputs supplied and review power availability when you change clock speed or add Accelerators.
Common mistakes
Do not search the world for Dark Matter Crystal deposits; make them in a Particle Accelerator.
Do not count 5 m³ Residue as five solid items.
When to stop or switch
Stop adding Accelerator capacity when Crystal demand is met and gas supply and power remain stable.
