Output transport and access to the intended downstream recipe.
Build an Assembler and select Electromagnetic Control Rod.
Connect Stators and AI Limiters to their separate inputs.
At 100% clock, supply 6 Stators and 4 AI Limiters per minute for 4 Rods per minute.
Keep an output belt or storage route clear.
Send Rods to a listed consumer such as fuel rod or Magnetic Field Generator production.
Check both input buffers to identify which ingredient is limiting output.
